Our construction company served as the Construction Manager for this turn – key solution project: Restoration of listed Neoclassical Detached House with swimming pool (400sq.m./1300sq.m.). Project successfully accomplished within budget and ahead of the schedule.

SOME OF THE TASKS THAT WE SUCCESSFULLY completed:

• Complete renovation of the exterior and interior surfaces, while preserving the character of this Neoclassical building. We repaired the facades of the building, reconstructed the insulation as well as the entire electromechanical infrastructure, constructed a new outdoor pool and re-created all the new interior decoration elements implementing the new design study. We rebuilt the surrounding area of the building.
